We are seeking a friendly and organized studio & customer service rep to be the welcoming face of our photography studio rental business.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting and assisting clients as they arrive at the studio.

  2. Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries.

  3. Scheduling studio reservations and managing the booking system.

  4. Providing information about our studio services and pricing.

  5. Processing payments.

  6. Keeping the reception area and common spaces tidy.

  7. Maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor to ensure client satisfaction.

  8. Setting up and configuring photography equipment, including lighting, cameras, and backdrops.

  9. Assisting clients with equipment setup and troubleshooting technical issues.

  10. Ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and in proper working order.

  11. Managing studio equipment inventory and performing regular inspections.

  12. Schedule studio reservations.

  13. Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

 

This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to provide the best experience for our clients using our photography studio rental services.
