2. Follow the designated entry and exit procedures as outlined by the studio. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals (Virginia Beach Studio Location)

3. Use studio equipment and props as instructed and handle them with care. Report any equipment malfunctions or damage immediately to studio staff.

4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace during your session. Clean up thoroughly after your rental period, including props, sets, and any mess created during your shoot.

5. Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing neighboring businesses or residents. Be mindful of other clients working in nearby "BAYs". (Norfolk Location)

6. Adhere to occupancy limits as specified in your rental agreement. Inform the studio in advance if you plan to have a larger crew or additional guests.

7. Clean up any spills or trash properly.
